We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders within Hong Kong. All orders will be processed within 48 hours and will be delivered within 7-10 days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding public holidays.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Moreover, please note that risk of damage, loss, and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon delivery by the courier.
INTERNATIONAL
For international purchases, we ship via Hong Kong Post Speedpost. It usually takes 10- 14 days to deliver depending on location. All deliveries can be traced through Hong Kong Speedpost’s website and signature will be required upon delivery.
We offer free shipping for all international purchases above USD200 (HKD 1950) and charge a flat USD 20 (HKD 156) for all purchases below.
Please note that customs fees and taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
