All prices listed are accurate at the time of listing. Should an item be listed incorrectly or be unavailable, HANALIE reserves all rights including the right to withdraw such item from sale and/or refuse to sell the item at the listed price.

Please note that although an acknowledgment is automatically generated for all orders placed via HANALIE confirming a purchase order, the acknowledgment does not constitute a contract until accepted by HANALIE and purchase orders may be cancelled at anytime due to
the intended purchaser’s failure to authorize payment, insufficient inventory, suspicion of fraudulent activity or any other suspicious reason, as HANALIE sees fit.

HANALIE also reserves the ultimate right and full discretion to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is cancelled, HANALIE shall reimburse you by issuing a credit to your credit card account in the same amount charged.

You agree that the laws of Hong Kong SAR, China, will govern all matters in relation to and all disputes arising between you and HANALIE including these Terms and Conditions of Use.
