Why do I need to register?
You only need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. However, by signing up on our email list, does not mean you are registered.
How do I register?
Simply click on “Sign Up for Your New Account” on the upper right corner and you will be provided with a direct link that will walk you through the process. If you have never purchased from us before, you must register with us to place an order. If you already have items in your cart and are ready to complete your order, simply click on “Purchase”, and this will automatically direct you to our register page.
How to shop online
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy. You may always view the items you have added to your cart by clicking "shopping cart" button on the upper right corner of any page. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “Purchase” button in your shopping cart. At this point if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “Sign Up for Your New Account” to sign-up for a new account. If you have already registered with us before, simply Login using your email address and the password that you created for the account.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail.
There is a “Size Chart” link on the black manual bar. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. This chart should only be used as a general guide.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order through the shipping company website provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. From here you can determine when your order actually leaves hanalie.com.
Orders are processed pending availability and bank transfer verification. Orders placed on Friday after 5 pm GMT +8 (Hong Kong Time Zone) will begin processing on the following Monday. Shopbop.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS.
Refunds are issued for missed guaranteed shipments and will be processed by HANALIE within 7 business days. Please allow your financial institution an additional 7-10 business days to post to your account.
We currently only accept Paypal and bank transfer. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
If paid by Paypal, you can either pay with your already set up Paypal account, or just simple enter your credit card number through Paypal.
If paid by bank transfer, we require our customers to e-mail us at email@example.com after the transfer. In the e-mail, the customer should include the following in order to verify his/her payment.
1) Order Reference Number
2) Transferred Amount ($) and in what currency
3) Date and Time of Transfer
Once we verify the payment, your order will be processed within 48 hours and delivered to you within 7- 10 days depending on your location.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from hanalie.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to hanalie.com. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
